PHASE I (COMPLETE): Upgrade cainine drinking fountain to state-of-the-art. Add Canine Learning Enrichment Center with hurdles, stairs, rest station, 2 tunnels, 3 tire hoops, an in-ground balance beam and, for whimsy, a fire hydrant.
PHASE II: (COMPLETE)
Add a hedge and trees for shade.
Add one or two more benches for seating.
PHASE III: (Initial sponsors COMPLETE.)
(ON-GOING) Add permanent, full-color signs recognizing the people, organizatons and
companies who have supported these projects.
