*  To create beautiful, clean, well-maintained public off-leash spaces as community
dog parks open to all responsible dog owners, their families and friends who are
willing to uphold the rules and regulations, known as "Park Pettiquette."

*  To dedicate these public facilities as canine learning enrichment centers for public
     education on responsible pet ownership, dog training, pet vaccination clinics and
     other pet related activities.

*   To be a legal, non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity to solicit contributions, grants,
    donations, sponsorships and collect funding for the development and support of
    these community dog parks.

*  To develop and organize a volunteer group to manage these programs.

*  To celebrate, honor and perpetuate the memory of Queen Sophia, a yellow lab, for
her love of life, her joy and exuberance, her love of the outdoors, people, cats,
birds, dogs and all other animals.

WHAT IS A DOG PARK? 
A dog park is a well-maintained, public space, usually fenced, where well behaved canine companions can exercise, play off-leash and socialize with other dogs and
people in a clean, safe environment without damaging, endangering or annoying people,
other dogs, cats, wildlife or property.
